Job Responsibilities工作職責:
? 1.Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line.
? 2.Training the new technician and the operator.
? 3.Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target.
? 4.Establish and maintain production planning and control.
? 5.Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools.
? 6.Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed.
? 7.Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time.

Qualification崗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.
? 2.Fluent English.
? 3.Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.
? 4.Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.
? 5.Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.
? 6.Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process.
? 7.Good capability of relationship.
? 8.Motivated and team spirit.
? 9.Able to assume risks.
? 10.Able to manage hard situations.
