The succesful canidate will be required to manage the field service. With the customer-oriented mindset, meet the customers expectation and service.
You will be required to collaborate with Sales/Marekting Forces.

Responsibility:
1.Provide installation, start-up, on site training and maintenance service to customer
2.Carry out maintenance visits - PM visits
3.Perform technical support, mainly on post-sales but will perform pre-sales technical support if necessary
4.Maintain job efficiency by constantly reviewing the time utilization of own activities
5.Maintain high focus on customer satisf

Requirements:
-MUST have at least 2 years of working experience in carrying out service engineer work with HPLC and Qtof/MS instruments
-have a university degree in chemistry or related Science
-Good command of English communication
-Service Mind
-Good Interpersonal skills
