崗位職責(zé)：
1．定期與學(xué)員交流
? 通過(guò)電話、郵件或者微信，給新學(xué)員做入門指導(dǎo)，協(xié)助學(xué)生安裝上課平臺(tái)；
? 每月定期搜集學(xué)生下月排課訴求；
? 與學(xué)生交談，了解學(xué)生對(duì)課程的滿意和接受程度，針對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的跟進(jìn)服務(wù)；
? 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)管學(xué)生上課，如遇學(xué)生或者老師由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)題等原因?qū)е聼o(wú)法準(zhǔn)時(shí)上課，應(yīng)及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)與處理；
? 及時(shí)在教務(wù)系統(tǒng)上更新學(xué)生檔案，包括學(xué)生的相關(guān)信息和材料；
2. 定期跟外籍教師溝通
? 了解學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)情況；
? 根據(jù)外教和學(xué)員的時(shí)間協(xié)安排課程；
? 督促外教完成每周課堂報(bào)告和教學(xué)計(jì)劃；如遇外教未及時(shí)完成反饋，及時(shí)與外教溝通并督促完成；
3． 定期回訪學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)
? 向家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生反饋學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)情況；
? 每月月底給家長(zhǎng)發(fā)下月課表；
? 及時(shí)翻譯外教為學(xué)生做的學(xué)習(xí)反饋和教學(xué)計(jì)劃，通過(guò)郵件和微信群發(fā)給家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生；
? 提前溝通了解家長(zhǎng)的增減課要求，并及時(shí)通知相關(guān)排課人員和外教老師；
? 了解家長(zhǎng)對(duì)課程的意見(jiàn)和建議，及時(shí)反饋，并與外教交流改善教學(xué)質(zhì)量；
4． 負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)工作和跨部門的溝通工作
? 與留學(xué)顧問(wèn)溝通或反饋學(xué)生情況，以及配合留學(xué)顧問(wèn)改進(jìn)或者調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度；
? 面臨學(xué)員、家長(zhǎng)和外教老師的任何變動(dòng)情況的時(shí)候，及時(shí)通知部門相關(guān)人員，如遇無(wú)法解決的問(wèn)題，及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)；
? 及時(shí)了解學(xué)生的課程進(jìn)度，配合留學(xué)顧問(wèn)一起幫助完成續(xù)費(fèi)；
? 向家長(zhǎng)介紹轉(zhuǎn)介紹政策，促進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)介紹業(yè)績(jī)。
任職要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，有留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2.英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫優(yōu)秀，在工作中可用英文精準(zhǔn)溝通，語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤少；
3.形象氣質(zhì)佳，請(qǐng)?zhí)峁﹤€(gè)人照片；
4.較強(qiáng)的解決問(wèn)題能力，能從多個(gè)維度有邏輯的提供解決方案；
5.優(yōu)秀的人際溝通技巧；
6.為高端客戶提供高品質(zhì)的專業(yè)服務(wù)；
7.做事細(xì)心，認(rèn)真踏實(shí)；
8.能夠隨時(shí)查收并及時(shí)回復(fù)家長(zhǎng)或者學(xué)生信息
