崗位目標Objective of Function
致力于新產品的產品開發及制造工程開發，并在滿足新產品項目開發進度、成本控制、設計規范和保證新項目的順利投產的前提下，組織、管理、培訓好產品及制造工程人員，逐漸提高Faurecia重慶公司新產品項目開發的能力；同時負責量產項目的產品及制造工程的持續改進等。
Work on new program product &production system development to ensure successful launch (timing, cost, and quality). Also continuously work to improve the performance of series product and production system.
致力于工廠負責項目的管理;團隊組織、培養和建設；項目QCD控制。
Responsible for program management (series product); organize, train and build team; control program QCD.


崗位職責Main Responsibilities

新項目
New program
參與生產過程的定義和設備及工裝選型
Participate in the definition of production process and the selection of equipment &fixture.

編制工廠ME負責的設備及工裝技術規范，確保符合HSE要求，同時跟蹤設備及工裝進度。
Write equipment &fixture specification, which is in line with HSE requirement. And also follow up new equipment & tool status.

負責新項目在工廠投產前，ME相關準備工作 (設備及模具安裝及調試、技術文件、節拍生產、批量試生產)
Lead ME activities after equipment &tool transfer to plant (equipment &tool setup and tuning / technical documents / production trial / MPT).

負責新項目在工廠投產前，PD相關準備工作 (制造BOM、SAP產品錄入、產品問題分析及方案)
Lead PD activities after sample building moves to plant (MBOM / SAP product tree/ product issue analysis and solution).

量產后項目
Series program

制定和控制本部門的預算，負責工廠非項目固定資產的投資的預算、申請及控制工作
Build and control PE department budget and plant CAPEX

管理工廠的產品數據，對產品工程變更的工程部分負責
Manage product data (MBOM / SAP product tree / product spec / 2d &3d data...), responsible for product engineering change

主導或支持相關的持續改進工作，對PD&ME負責的文件進行更新，包括(不僅限于)：MBOM / PFMEA / Layout …
Lead or support related continuous improvement, update PD &ME related documents, including MBOM / PFMEA / Layout …
產品VAVE /直接員工效率 /質量/設備綜合利用率 /HSE / 人機工程
Product VAVE /DLE /Quality /TRS /Space /HSE / Ergonomics

承擔公司相關FES文件以及TS1694標準要求的管理責任，確保FES文件的有效運行，并不斷在部門內完善FES文件中的相關程序及其應用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications

負責挑選、培養員工，幫助其發揮優勢，確保業績評估（OAR）和接替計劃的有效實施。
Responsible for selecting, training and help them play advantage, ensure performance evaluation (OAR) and Succession plan been effective implementation.
