Project Management
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Monitor the progress of all project packages, make sure all sub-projects are realized as expected according to deadlines and within budget
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts, setup risk management processes
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools
