Responsibilities:

To develop CB strategy to support business growth and retain the talents: which is in line with group guidelines and competitive in the market To provide data and market information ( market survey etc.)to HR team so that we keep outward looking for market competitivenessTo initiate and lead HR CB projects to fulfill the tasks and goals and to implement global projects into the organization To monitor statutory and local labor laws/regulations, and to make sure we are legally compliedTo monitor and make sure the effectiveness of existing CB policies, guidelines, and procedures, and to recommend revision plan or new plansTo provide guidelines for annual salary increase and bonus implementationTo provide concrete policies and guidelines to HRBP and other HR functions To support personnel cost budget / forecasting/ planningTo support Commercial Assurance Body Check Procurement process vendor Management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 5 years of experience in HR area, nice to have renewable industry experienceHas independent CB process/project management experienceKnowledge of labor laws, relevant government rules and regulationsHR, business and organization understanding, market sensitivityAnalytical and strategic thinkingSolid CB ****, with end-to-end solution Deep knowledge of excel and data managementGood communication, presentation and process management skills Good English skill in both spoken and written
