Overall ives of the job :
Service business for key account and distributor, including Service Agreement Level, Strategic service scheme, service business target(revenue and margin). To ensure customer service meet or exceed the service sales targets. Addressing customer service needs and turn it into customized proposition.
Main accountabilities:
-Developing billable service business including spare parts, labor and professional service.
-Manage pricing policy to meet market requirements (customer voice, product requirements, penetration, uation and sales strategy).
-Support sales teams and proposal management in articulating the benefits and concept of advanced service offerings.
-Work closely together with sales team, provide training , coaching and consulting to them.
-Monitor and maintain in the service sales pipeline, understand market trends and customer needs for service.
Knowledge and experience:
-At least 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales team, preferably in medical device industry.
-At least 2 years’ experience of service business management or relevant.
-Education : Bachelor degree or above.
-Business or data analysis experience is preferred.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
-Be ability to manage complex business requirements and relationship.
-Self-motivated and a team p.
