      職位描述

      負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)區(qū)域的產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售,完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定的銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo) 參加,組織相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)活動(dòng),如研討會(huì),工作坊等任何與銷(xiāo)售線(xiàn)索有關(guān)的工作 為客戶(hù)提供適合的技術(shù)方案和報(bào)價(jià),促成銷(xiāo)售 為客戶(hù)提供有影響力的技術(shù)協(xié)助,咨詢(xún)并幫助客戶(hù)解決問(wèn)題 發(fā)展和維護(hù)大客戶(hù),同行業(yè)意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖保持良好的關(guān)系 與客戶(hù)服務(wù)部門(mén)合作提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度 每周搜集銷(xiāo)售與市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),每月及時(shí)報(bào)告銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)(贏單,丟單,預(yù)測(cè),陌生客戶(hù)拜訪,銷(xiāo)售線(xiàn)索等) 在權(quán)限范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行折扣管理 安排產(chǎn)品演示


      Job Deion:

      · Responsible for all sales activities in the responsible territory or industry.

      · Organize and participate marketing activities, such as seminars, workshop or demo as needed to generate sales leads and qualify them.

      · Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales.

      Influences preparation and presents technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary

      · Develop and maintain key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders.

      · Manage customer satisf with all installed customers through effective coordination with Customer Support team.

      · Gather sales and marketing data and submit weekly (Expense) and monthly reports (Won/Lost orders, Forecasts, Cold Call Activity, Lead Follow-up) on a timely basis.

      · Responsible for discount administration within assigned authorization.


      任職要求:

      本科以上學(xué)歷,化學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) 3年以上銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉分析儀器市場(chǎng)和技術(shù)應(yīng)用和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品直銷(xiāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn) 較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力,能夠承受批評(píng)和聽(tīng)取建議 良好的中英文讀寫(xiě),溝通能力


      Requirements:

      · BS degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent required.

      ·3 years sales experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the analytical instrument market. Appropriate experience in Applications or Customer Support will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience.

      · Handles pressure/disappointment professionally. Willingness to accept constructive criticism/suggestions

      · Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Effective interpersonal communicator.

      · Travel will be a mix of airline, rail or bus transportation.
