Responsibility of consulting roles

-In charge of advising and guiding our customers in different Middleware product like apache, tomcat, glassfish, WebLogic & etc. and delivery of related business and technical solutions.
-Work with customers to discuss & help to resolve the related technical issue.
-Gather, analyze and document business requirements and business drivers
-Interviewing and working with customers at senior level
-Define Middleware solutions, business processes & information architectures, that will help to client to resolve business issues in the area of compliancy, efficiency, cost, growth etc
-Define implementation & roll out strategies
-requirements/ regulations/ technology, understand customer’s industry, competitors solution and vendor’s/ partners’ offering, and understand AO differentiators



Job Requirements
-Required Skills/:
-Familiar with the related middleware product such as apache, tomcat, glassfish, Weblogic & so on, can resolve the technical issue.
-Familiar with Linux/Unix system.
-Strong skill in JAVA development & SQL language.
-Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills in Chinese and English
-Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
-Ability to understand business processes and capture business problems
-Ability to understand data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems
-Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
-Strong analytical skills
-Experience with integrated development environments, JAVA technologies will be a plus
