Job Description:
1. Handling oversea customer compliance in SAP system, understanding customers’ needs and providing customers with the fastest solution after analysed and determined the responsibilities of the compliance;
2. Contacting relevant technical departments or suppliers for support timely when facing large quantities of material failure and initiates orders in SAP system;
3. Applying for payment for vendors or customers in SAP system;

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, major in English will be preferred;
2. At least 1 year experience in customer service or equivalent in mechanical industry, relevant SAP system experience is preferred;
3. Good knowledge of AUTOCAD will be a plus;
4. Fluent in oral and written English (CET-6);
5. Ability to work independently under pressure and willingness to hand on job;
6. Strong responsibility awareness, leadership skill and team work spirit.
