The work scope of sales assistant are but not limited to:
1) TEAM BUSINESS SUPPORT
?Update team products, including A-share daily / Global market for domestic investors daily
?SH Morning Meeting Print-outs
?Management Pack & MIS update
?Analyst / Corporate / Expert roadshow coordination
?Business analysis / team meeting / TOWNHALL materials
?Help with event planning and management (Seminars and Conferences)
2)ADMINISTRATION WORK
?Client entertainment arrangement / restaurant / meeting room booking / meal ordering
?T&E, travel booking / visa / reimbursement / license
?Report download / wind data collection / NEO / EP / Roadshow logistic / Agenda / contact maintenance
?Bloomberg / Wind / RootNet / Other system access application
?Client a/c opening follow-up, KYC / Contract chopping
?Help with event planning and management (Seminars and Conferences)
3)QUALIFICATION
?Bachelor or higher degree
?Good speaking and writing English
?Skillful in Microsoft Office
?A team player
?2-3 years working experience preferred
