描述：為客戶實施現場服務及大客戶的服務管理工作，要求具備良好的客戶滿意度意識和精湛的技術服務水準。
職責：
1.能獨立承擔并完成HDS高端存儲產品的安裝、維修和維護工作，以及HDS的solution產品的售后支持（包括HNAS、Blade&UCP、HCP&HDI、Pentaho等），包括并不限于，硬件安裝、在線擴容、微碼升級、配置變更、問題處理和解決等；
2.有良好的金融客戶或行業大客戶的服務經驗，能主動為客戶提供技術規劃和建議，包括微碼評估、復雜問題跟進處理、在線擴容或項目實施規劃等；
3.具備良好的客戶服務意識，包括但不限于:有效傾聽和溝通、問題分析及處理、文檔撰寫和團隊協作等能力；
任職資格：
1. 計算機及相關專業大學本科畢業，5年以上的IT存儲及售后服務工作經驗，有金融和行業客戶經驗者優先。
2．有軟件和數據庫（Oracle、Mysql），熟悉行業客戶或新興市場的客戶應用環境以及解決方案的能力（Clouding、Bigdata）的優先；
3．具備HDS產品和解決方案的維護能力或專業原廠的存儲技術能力（如HP、EMC、IBM等）；
4．樂觀自信、有責任感，有主動學習和適應變革的能力，并有志于從事售后服務工作。
