1.根據(jù)項目要求，進(jìn)行高分子新材料、新工藝的開發(fā)應(yīng)用以及降成本工作；
According to project requirement, the development and application of polymer new material, new process and cost reduction；
2.按照工作領(lǐng)域?qū)ζ嚠a(chǎn)品的高分子材料實施設(shè)計與驗證；確定材料定義和材料認(rèn)可計劃；實施材料認(rèn)可；
According to the field of automotive product polymer materials design and verification;Determine the material definitions and recognition program;Implement material recognition；
3.向公司有關(guān)部門提供高分子材料產(chǎn)品的特種工藝的技術(shù)支持；
Provide the technical support of polymer material products of special process to the relevant departments；
4.進(jìn)行高分子材料相關(guān)質(zhì)量問題的分析與改進(jìn)工作；
Working in polymer material related quality problem analysis and improvement；
5.對汽車產(chǎn)品高分子原材料供應(yīng)商實施技術(shù)管理、原材料質(zhì)量問題處理及審核工作；
Implement technology for automobile products polymer materials supplier management, raw material quality problem processing and audit work；
6.制定與維護(hù)汽車產(chǎn)品高分子材料技術(shù)總結(jié)、經(jīng)驗反饋；協(xié)助建立技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工作程序等；
Develop and maintain automobile products polymer material technology, experience feedback; Assist to establish technical standards and procedures, etc；
7.協(xié)助專業(yè)主管及專業(yè)經(jīng)理，參與部門內(nèi)部事務(wù)的處理；
Assist the professional supervisor and professional manager, participate in deal with the department of internal affairs ；
8.參與收集及編寫技術(shù)資料，整理項目的經(jīng)驗反饋。
Participate in collecting and writing technical information, collating project experience feedback.

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷；分析化學(xué)、高分子材料等相關(guān)專業(yè) ；
Bachelor or above, Master degree is prefer, Chemical engineering, polymer material or relevant major.
2.了解汽車用高分子材料的相關(guān)知識 ；
Auto polymer materials related knowledge
3.有至少2年的汽車材料相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 ；
At least two years working experience about auto industry.
4.良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)管理能力，良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神，具有較強(qiáng)的壓力承擔(dān)能力；
Good communication skills, strong practical ability, work with high presure
5.良好的聽說讀寫能力。
Fluent English communication in writing and speaking.
