Sr. Manager – Utilities, will be responsible for managing the Energy Management Program for all stores/ clubs/ DC/ HORO facilities of Walmart China. The role will be responsible for:
1. Developing the energy management plan for all facilities in Walmart China to support the company’s goals of reducing energy consumptions and improve overall efficiencies.
Identifying technology and operating solutions that can be deployed to reduce energy consumptions at the stores.
2. Work with the facilities team and vendors to deploy solutions within a strict time frame to ensure all energy management targets are achieved.
3. Work with cross functional teams and government bodies (district/ city/ provincial government organizations) to apply for energy management subsidies and manage, complete and submit all necessary documentation to achieve the subsidies.
4. Work with Walmart International sustainability teams to attend meetings and coordinate efforts to achieve Walmart Global sustainability targets.
5. Overall responsible for setting up and managing the Energy Management Centre and providing regular reports and updates on various energy management to achieve local energy saving targets.
