Job Responsibilities:
?To assist in the overseeing the SEC and financial reporting functions;
?To review the financial reporting of certain entities and ensure they are accurate and in compliance with U.S. GAAP;
?To prepare certain notes to the financial statements and draft certain items on the form 20-F;
?To assist in the establishment of accounting policies and procedures;
?To prepare the accounting memos for the complicated transactions or unusual transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP; and
?Ad-hoc requests for financial information and other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree in finance or accounting;
?Minimum 6 years work experiences in big 4 or U.S. listed company;
?U.S. GAAP concepts and knowledge of relevant SEC rules and regulations & technical research skills;
?Excellent English writing skill, fluent in oral;
?Mature, intelligent, energetic, initiative & trustworthy;
?Team player with good interpersonal skill; and
?Willing to working hard and under tight schedule.
