?Minimum B.S. Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/Electronic engineering.
?At least 3 years related working experience in manufacturing assembling environment.
?IE knowledge and experience is required.
?Manufacturing knowledge and experience is required.
?Strong knowledge and experience in implementing lean manufacturing system.
?Knowledge and experience in new product development for manufacturing.
?Project management skill is required.
?Good English skill of reading, comprehending and writing and speaking.
?Good team work ability, general problem-solving skills.
?Good ability to communicate and coordinate with people
?Be familiar with AUTOCAD software and work on the mechanical drawing.
?Product design background is preferred.

Responsibility 工作職責(zé)

?Work with design engineer to develop and launch new products through MS process.
?New products PFMEA and manufacturing cost/line investment analysis.
?Provide manufacturing plan with line capacity and ramp up study.
?New product assembly process layout, material flow design and line set up.
?Define the standard working motions, jig/fixtures requirements with lean methodology and concepts.
?Preparing of work instruction and standard operation process, technical SOP and TPM plan.
?Initiate LSS & waste elimination projects to optimize the process/labor efficiency improvement to address cost saving
?Assembly cycle time analysis & line balance improvement.
?In charge of new products assembly training and coaching.
?Lean concepts and sense to define and deploy the automation & Poka-Yoke system to decrease/eliminate man error and reduce qualify defects.
?Support engineering team to drive VA/VI projects.
?Work closely with production to improve mature products/lines continuous improvement.
