Job Description:
– Write technical documents for customers in English and Chinese, such as datasheet, user manuals, application notes, product flyers and promotional presentations or articles;
– Develop internal engineering documents in English, such as product specifications, functional/design specifications;
– Edit, standardize and polish documents prepared by other writers;
– Translate articles from English to Chinese and vice versa as required;
– Maintain existing technical documents.

Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree, major in Scientific English, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with broad knowledge in IC and/or IT related fields;
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing and/or minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical translation;
– Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese. CET-6 or above is a must;
– Strong capability of understanding new technical concepts/knowledge;
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively gather & convey information;
– Quick learner of new tools; familiar with popular document writing and editing software is preferred;
– Proactive self-starter with minimum supervision and willing to work under pressure;
– Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork;
– Attention to detail.
