Solution Consultant

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

In this position, as Solution Consultant for the SAP Solution Experience organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing compelling demo content for the field to help close deals and strength our position in marketplace . You will need to gather, review and analyze requirements, and then build demo content implementing business scenarios with clarity, style and intuitiveness.

SAP Solution Experience team is a highly committed team striving for providing top level deal execution support and enabling re-usability of demo content. So, on the one hand, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of state-of-the-art technologies as well as gain knowledge and insight in supported industries of different regions, and you will work in a virtual team environment and interact with colleagues all over the world. On the other hand, you will have to cope with the challenges that are usually caused by time pressure from demo deadline and pressure from high expectation on quality, as well as pressure from the technical complexity of demo content, time zone difference for project meetings, heterogeneous and evolving landscapes, and constant ramp-up requirements on industries and technologies.

任職要求：
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Fluent in English is mandatory, especially spoken English.
2. Proficient in Business Objects Business Intelligence Products including reports on Dashboard Designer, Web Intelligence, Crystal Report, Design Studio etc.
3. Proficient in SQL skill for at least one database technology (MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase IQ etc…)
4. Proficient with modeling on HANA.
5. Knowledge of Predictive Algorithm, Data Mining is preferable
6. Knowledge of SAP BW with proficiency on query designer is preferable.
7. Knowledge of SAP Systems is preferable.
8. Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML5 is preferable.
9. Knowledge of retail industry is preferable.
10. Team player and interpersonal skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
2. Minimum 4 years professional work experience.
3. Customer facing experience is preferred.
4. Experience in sales supporting organization is preferred.
