Responsibilities:
Infrastructure
- Responsible for the design, implementation, administration and maintenance of LAN and WAN infrastructure, Servers, Backup, Anti-Virus, other hardware and software. Ensure maximum uptime on all systems, operating with the most cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Review and analyze new technologies to inform management of the technologies ability to enhance business.
- Able to document and create processes that simplify infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting.
Help desk administration
- Lead help desk on troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, security and disaster recovery done by engineers.
- Resolution of all issues calls/emails and enters work orders into tracking software
- Interacts with internal customer to resolve escalated help desk issues promptly.
- As Team Leader, the candidate will need to lead other engineers and assist in their growth.
User Accounts and access rights Administration
- Team Leader managing the setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords, setting up laptops/desktops and any other hardware or software.
- Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
Asset Management
- Team Leader for inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies; ensuring data accuracy of inventory management for all sites is maintain at the highest level.
- Coordinate the purchasing of software, hardware and other IT supplies as approved by management.
IT Governance
- Design and enforce IT Policies and Procedures to ensure IT Governance.
- Ensure Information Security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related education at least.
- More than 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience and user support experience.
- Good English Skills both in written and Oral.
- Strong expression and communication skills
- Team-spirit
